Deepika is passionate about shaping 82°E into a trusted global platform that inspires people to commit to their physical and emotional well-being.

Anjali Gholap
Anjali is the Head of R&D, Cosmetics. With a specialisation in Cosmetic Technology, she has worked in scientific research across the cosmetics, personal care, home care, and pet care industries for over twenty years. She brings her unique ability to analyze and predict future needs to the brand, and designs safe and effective formulations for 82°E’s beauty products.

Dr. Rachna Rastogi
Rachna is the Head of R&D, Skincare. She has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and over twelve years of experience working in scientific research for some of India’s most reputed pharmaceutical companies. Rachna works closely on designing clean and effective formulations and products for 82°E and is a vital partner in bringing the brand’s vision of trusted, high-quality products to life.
